  I read your review not realizing there were reviews here and have to agree. Several years ago we had work done by Steve as well. He told us he could do interior molding around a curve. I guess he meant if you didn't mind wavy lines. He said don't worry we'll fix it until your satisfied. Well we never were and he left here making comments on how much we cost him having to come back and saying in a nasty manner, I'm running the bank now with your check before you cancel the payment. We didn't of course since his crew had spent some time here but we were never satisfied with his work.
  Several years later, a friend and neighbor told us they were going to use him for both indoor and outdoor work. I was appalled. I begged them not too but he charmed my friend's wife I guess. His cabinets look good on first inspection, but his file drawers (custom made) are too shallow to allow files to not get crushed on the top when opening and closing he drawers. His fix was to lower the rails so now the files drag sloppily on the bottom of the drawers. He didn't relocate their phone box so there's a phone cord coming out from under a drawer. Outside he made a ton of mistakes like forgetting to run the gas line for the BBQ which was already there but not not connected. They had to buy a stand alone grill and run to the store to fill their propane tank all the time. It's embarrassing. Well he moved from Water Lily and I don't know where he is now, but definitely stay away. And if your friends give you a negative review on someone, don't use them. Rarely does someone give you a negative review, so if you get one, run! He's a jack of all trades and master of none!
